Our Advisory Service provides practical and straightforward advice on managing people effectively.

We can help with a range of HR, Employment Law and Health and Safety queries, such as:

• Responses to general day-to-day people management queries e.g. family leave requests
• Employee relations cases
• Operational HR requirements e.g. safer recruitment practices
• Planning and activities involved in people management, e.g. managing change, restructures, redundancies, etc...

Our expert HR and Employment Law specialists will guide you through your employer obligations, as well as options available to mitigate risk and manage employment issues. Wherever needed, we follow up with relevant template documentation to ensure you have the right tools at hand to manage the situation effectively.

Our Advisory Service is charged at a rate of £99/hour and can be purchased as a minimum block of four hours. 

Advice Line blocks can be used over 12 months from the date of purchase.
