After gaining over twenty years of HR experience in various industries, Founder, Gareth Mitchell (right),  spotted a real need for businesses to have access to expert advice on people practices and organisational culture.

Rather than employing an in-house HR team, these forward-thinking companies wanted a flexible option that allowed them to have the skills and expertise relevant to their operating stage.

In June 2023, Growth Minded Human Resources was formed to meet that need. Offering a range of consulting and retained services tailored to the complexities of:

We are based in London, and work with clients up and down the country. Most of the time, our clients prefer to have remote support, though we fully recognise the value of face-to-face interaction and offer this as needed.
